Build a regression set
Production AI should be tested against representative examples. Track quality, unsupported claims, retrieval correctness, latency and cost across model or prompt changes.
Evaluation belongs in product management
Evaluation is not only an ML task. The product team should define what a good outcome means, which errors matter most and what quality threshold is acceptable for each workflow.
