CASE STUDY · FOUNDER CRM
Relationship intelligence for
founder-led venture execution.
Founder CRM is a focused venture workflow platform for founders who need more than a contact database. It combines relationship mapping, opportunity tracking, warm paths, goal-based scoring, follow-ups and AI-generated founder briefs.
THE PROBLEM
Traditional CRMs store contacts. Founders need context and next actions.
Founders raising capital, finding advisors or building strategic networks need to understand who matters, how people and companies connect to a venture goal, where warm introductions exist, and what action should happen next.
THE PRODUCT
A founder workflow system built around relationships.
- People and company relationship records.
- Funding, partnership and growth opportunities.
- Venture goals and active project context.
- Deterministic relationship-fit scoring.
- Warm-path discovery and introduction workflows.
- Dispatches and follow-up actions.
- Relationship graph views.
- AI-generated founder briefs and saved artifacts.
- Connected deck-assistant workflows.
- Authentication, admin and backend API surfaces.
THE ARCHITECTURE
Frontend, API and data as separate production services.
The application is structured as a SvelteKit frontend and FastAPI backend with PostgreSQL, Alembic migrations, workspace-scoped records and optional AI-provider integrations. The repository is organised for a multi-service Railway deployment.
WHAT THIS DEMONSTRATES
Product strategy plus full-stack execution.
Founder CRM demonstrates how AIStak can take a domain-specific workflow, model the underlying data and relationships, build the product surfaces, connect scoring and AI outputs, and structure the system for production deployment.
