Natural Beauty Clinic was migrated from WordPress into a single SvelteKit SSR application with local content records, preserved public paths and explicit indexing controls.

Modernise the platform without losing the site structure.
The migration needed to remove WordPress as a runtime dependency while retaining the public content footprint, preserving crawlable paths, controlling indexing during review, and keeping the content migration auditable.
THE MIGRATION
Deterministic content and SEO controls.
- Imported WordPress content into immutable local records.
- Retained and tracked 120 public paths through an explicit migration inventory.
- Created a CMS-neutral content contract for future backend flexibility.
- Sanitised imported HTML and removed runtime Elementor dependencies.
- Copied required media into content-addressed local assets.
- Added canonical metadata, structured-data builders, sitemap and robots endpoints.
- Used fail-closed indexing so preview and staging environments remain blocked until production review is complete.
- Prepared Railway deployment with health checks and trusted proxy handling.
