Cases, people, companies, goals, evidence, events and actions are product concepts before they are database tables.
Define ownership
Every entity should have clear workspace, user or organisation boundaries where access control matters.
Define lifecycle states
Draft, confirmed, queued, failed and archived are examples of product states that affect UX and engineering.
Then define the AI role
Once the entities are clear, it becomes easier to specify which fields AI may generate, which need validation and which actions require human approval.
